  • Completed over 100 green infrastructure projects that comply with New York State Stormwater Management Design standards, including but not limited to engineered wetlands, rain gardens, infiltration trenches, bio-swales and pervious pavement.
  • Completed dozens of water resource projects including restoring shorelines along lakes and streambanks, managing stormwater from site developments, managing drinking water systems, flood control structures, culvert crossings, ponds/reservoirs, water quality improvement projects and a variety of other water-related projects.
  • Engineering work includes planning, design, permitting with county, state and federal agencies, and construction oversight and certification.

Andy Johnson is the founder and President of EcoStrategies and has 15 years of professional experience working on a wide range of engineering projects. Andy specializes in environmental and water resource projects. He is the Principal Engineer and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of engineering operations. Andy has maintained a safety record of zero accidents, zero permit violations, and has completed tasks on-time and on-budget.
