Howard L Mantle has over 35 years extensive experience in real estate with a concentration in appraisals, land sales and development. He has worked on all phases of project analysis; including but not limited to site selection, market and feasibility studies, land development and marketing implementation.
Howard is a General Certified appraiser in Pennsylvania and New York with a primary emphasis on appraisals for conservation land acquisition and conservation easements for habitat protection. His current client base includes International, National, State and Local Conservation groups, as well as numerous townships, Foundations, educational institutions and private individuals.
Appraisal projects included federal land acquisition appraisals, partial interest valuations, conservation easement appraisals, subsurface mineral valuations, timberland and farmland appraisals, bargain sale and 1031 exchange valuations, eminent domain/condemnation appraisals as well as estate appraisal services for federal tax purposes.
