Tim Diehl has over 20 years experience in the field of civil engineering planning and design, management and oversight. As a consultant, his responsibilities include civil engineering entitlements, environmental engineering, stormwater management design and observation reporting, project management, and leadership.
Most recently, Tim worked with Pennsylvania American Water Company Headquarters and its architects in the consolidation of their operations to a new site and building. Tim directed project site design including the acquisition of water quality permitting pertaining to underlying geology; expert testimony for a special exception for the project and several variances for the development; as well as, stakeholder engagement for off-site drainage easements.
Tim has worked state, county and local projects across Pennsylvania. He received a degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
